A Little Bottle of Magic πŸ’œ

The Organic Facial Oil is a blend of the finest cold-pressed, certified plant oils, handpicked for their outstanding skin-boosting powers. It's easily absorbed to deliver essential nutrients. It's nourishing and leaves your skin flawless, healthy and happy - day and night all year round. What's not to love?

I am now onto my second bottle. Did I mention their gorgeous packaging? Glass bottles that seem to last for ages. I've found it works really well for me. I wasn't sure about using an oil to begin with, but a couple of drops which is all you need, I put it on after the cleanser and spritz and allow it to do it's soaking in work. By the time I leave my house, it's worked it's glow-y magic πŸ’œ

Everything's coming up roses 🌹

Welcome to the Desert Rose Hydration Mist, prebiotic, plant powered, packed full of proven ingredients πŸ’œ

This isn't quite my desert island item yet... But only because I'm still in the process of finishing off my first bottle! When it gets to the end and I find it's been everything I hoped it would be, then it will go on my list ☺️

A spritz spray perfect for hydrating thirsty skin, soothing inflammation and boosting radiance. I'd love for you to try this and let me know what you think πŸ’œ

It can be used after your cleanser before your facial oil or as a refreshing facial spritz throughout the day. And it's fragrance free.

I like that even though it's a desert rose product, it still has no fragrance. I know that a lot of women with PTSD and related trauma can be triggered by smells and scents, so it's nice to have something as lovely as this that has no fragrance πŸ’œ

Starting with the Face πŸ‡

As I am welcoming BySarahLondon to my Community Hub, I thought it would be great if I introduced them properly πŸ’œ

Starting with the Face ☺️

I have been using the Raspberry Seed Cleansing Oil daily now for a while. I have sensitive skin, prone to redness, prone to eczema flare ups, prone to stress, and there have been times in my life when I have been very stressed! That's one of the reasons I wanted to invest even more so over the past year in finding some amazing products that were simple, not lots of ingredients, and lovely to use. This cleansing oil has been good. It's not scented, it cleanses and freshens my face without irritation. What's also important to me is that I want to grow old gracefully, I don't want to eradicate all the lines and wrinkles that tell a story of a life that I have lived and I am living. I want to be able to use products that are good for my skin as I age πŸ’œ

As BySarahLondon says, this cleansing oil is perfect for a light facial wash in the morning, a deep cleanse at the end of a long day or as a quick post-workout refresher. It's natural plant-based and is suitable for normal, dry, combination and sensitive skin. It helps to promote calmer skin day after day πŸ’œ

Welcome....

to my new Community Hub 😊 A page that enables me to introduce you to some local people and businesses who, as part of the loveliness they have to offer, all promote positive wellbeing and mental health.

Thinking outside the box is something I believe in a lot! It enables us to consider things we may not have considered before, allows us to see what we might not normally get chance to see, and it gives us freedom and space to have a go, to try something we might not otherwise get chance to do.

It helped me a lot in my own PTSD recovery - from scuba diving to burlesque lessons (!). It’s also one of the reasons why I am passionate about being able to offer sponsored and/or special discounted Stretch & Roll  sessions for my class ladies, because it’s about creating a sense of community.

For anyone who has suffered from anxiety, trauma, low self-confidence, mobility issues, it can feel very isolating. I’d like to turn that around and show that there are some great people and organisations and businesses and things to do outside of the box that can help us with whatever we might be going through.

And that’s why I am delighted to welcome Moorparks Holiday Cottages in North Devon to my Community Hub β˜‚οΈ

*There is a Moorparks discount rate available for all of my regular class ladies... please ask me for the Special Code*

Moorparks

Being outdoors, in the fresh air, is good for us. Sea air, countryside, peace and quiet, and lots of relaxing! But also giving us the option to go walking and/or explore the lovely beaches that North Devon has to offer and, if we are feeling braver (!), to go and visit some of the amazing attractions that are nearby.

Erik and Michele’s holiday cottages are located within 12 acres of Devon countryside. On a clear day, from ‘The Cottage’ decking, you will be able to see the Hills of Exmoor and, if the hedges are cut, Dartmoor to the front.

There are two 2-bedroom cottages catering for up to 4 people in each, both lovingly refurbished, with a fully equipped kitchen, log burner, private gardens with garden furniture and outside eating areas, so you can choose if you’d like to dine inside or outside under the stars/in the sun! With fresh eggs courtesy of the Moorparks resident chickens!

Moorparks have some adorable animals... from the Alpacas, to the Greyface Dartmoor sheep, to the Swiss Valais ewes (also known as “the cutest sheep in the World”).*

*Lambing seasons are in March/April and October/November.

And their newest additions are their gorgeous Indian runner ducks who have taken up residence in their new home ‘Waddle on Inn’!

There is plenty of opportunity to help with the animals at feeding time and at collection times for collecting some of your own eggs.

To book a stay and/or if you would like to see what is happening around the Farm, please visit www.moorparks.co.uk or Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/moorparks/
