Thursday stretch & roll exercise class was good this week, I had the opportunity of doing a private 1-2-1 session with one of my new ladies 😊 That's why I like to keep session numbers low. I like my ladies to have enough space to move in, I like to tailor the session for the ladies who come in and that means focusing on them as individuals rather than in a large class setting.
Sometimes we also need something else to help us through whatever we might be facing or which might be challenging us or to allow us to reach our goals.
