The 7 stages of Grief 💜
Grief & Bereavement can mean different things to different people. It can mean grieving the loss of someone close to us who has sadly passed away, it can mean grieving for a relationship with a parent or a sibling or a friend, it can mean grieving for a lost opportunity that holds special importance to us. It can also mean grieving the loss experienced through trauma.

So, to look at Grief first. What does it mean for you? We all grieve in different ways, sometimes the stages of grief can become jumbled, our emotions all mixed up.
Grief is a natural process, it allows us to make sense of things, it's a way for us to just be in the moment and it shows us a way forward. Once we know that, we can learn that it will be OK 💜
