New Year 💜

This New Year feels different with lockdowns already in place in respect of the Covid situation... But my resolution has been something I've been working on for a while... To view each day as a brand new day & to think of all the things you can do that day. It could be learning something new, having a conversation with someone by phone, zoom, email, text, in person if you are able to, doing a little act of kindness, embracing a smile even if it's not the easiest of things to do 💜

My classes appointment book remains closed for the time being but I do have a waiting list that you can join if you would like to come along when they are open again 💜
