Autumn is now definitely in the air! And with it comes a reflection of how this year has been. For most of us, it's been a very unsettled year.
Covid, restrictions, as well as a lot of other worries. That's why it's really important for us to keep hold of our positive mental health and to do everything we can to nourish that.
Autumn means a change of weather and a change of colour.
Try to still make time to exercise for some general mobility and for relaxation and mindfulness. It need only be for as little as 3 minutes or so at a time. You will be surprised how much that will add up to 💜🍃
