Good work by Megan..

For the past two weeks we have been doing the usual Stretch & Roll section, followed by some Jiu Jitsu rolling for keep fit, Exercise, self defence on the ground, followed by the cool down section of the Stretch & Roll.

I am delighted at Megan‘s progress with this as I can remember the very first session she had with me... when I mentioned ground jiu Jitsu rolling, she was not keen at all! However, many sessions later, gaining self confidence, building self esteem, body awareness and this is the result 🙂
