Every 2-3 months we run open mat rolling sessions for women in Bristol and for any women visiting Bristol. These are a Great chance
to learn a new skill, socialise, keep fit, improve your mobility, learn how to protect/defend yourself on the ground, for exercise. It is very beginner friendly.
