The Stretch & Roll sessions are tailor made to suit your goals, your pace, and any issues you might have... The sessions can be done as slow gentle relaxing workouts for the body and mind, or as faster paced sessions designed to get your heart rate up (!), or they can be a mixture of both. They all work on your resilience, your confidence, awareness, focus, timing, strength and mindfulness... And they are fun... You can also bring your own music 🎼 if you like x
