For completing her 6 week challenge! She has been an amazing lovely lady and over the weeks we have got to chat more and laugh more πŸ€— Stretch & roll exercise is not just about physical fitness, it’s about mental/health fitness and well-being, being able to discover new ways of coping, being able to adapt and being able to find space and time for ourselves 🀸🏻‍♀️
