Sarah’s 4th session..
was all about mixing it up a bit! She had told me in her last session that she’d done some kick-boxing and pad work before, so the first ten minutes in the session were spent with me holding the pads while Sarah put the boxing gloves on! 🥊 My sessions are tailor made for every lady who comes in.
And then.. instead of the gentle Stretch & Roll routine, we did the alternative version.. faster paced but so that it compliments what Sarah has already done in the first 3 sessions. She kept it going all the way through 💜
