Week 3 for Sarah..
I’ve been poorly this week, a bad cold on top of a fibromyalgia flare-up! So I’m a little bit behind with my blog... but having said that, I have still managed to do my own Stretch & Roll workout because it has been designed gentle enough that even if you are feeling a little bit under the weather ☔️🌨, it can still help to relax you and give you a workout at your own pace.
Sarah‘s 3rd session last week was cool! Both my ladies on week 3 have found their own timing and rhythm and what works naturally for them, which makes me feel happy, and it means lots more chatting and laughing while exercising. You will be surprised how quickly the hour can go!
