Well done Vee!

Last night was week 2 for Vitalija in my Stretch & Roll class... After last week's very gentle introductory sesCoolsion, I did an intensive workout with her instead!

This week, the stretch & roll routine was quicker, faster paced and I put some cardio in as well... Before we knew it, the hour was over! 

Even with all of that, we still managed to have a giggle and a little bit of a chat.. Cool
