Womens Jiu Jitsu...

I always start the new ladies in my class off with my general Stretch and roll workout routine... a series of repetitive movements designed to work the whole body and focus the mind, and done to music :)... but there is also the option then for me to show any women who are interested, in learning some foundation Jiu Jitsu skills and drills (on the ground). For self Defence and protection, these are skills so important to learn...
